Best of the Orkney Blogs

There is a rich selection of blogs from Orkney and about Orkney that deserves a higher profile. This is the aim of this section.

A number of these blogs are well established veterans of the Islandblogging project, started by the BBC and now operating independently. Others have become well established in their own right. Some are general musings on life, others are more tightly focussed on aspects of our existence in Orkney.

By their nature blogs wax and wane, so the selection will vary, be added to, or slimmed down. If there are blogs that you feel should be added to this section, send in an email with the suggestion. Equally, if any of the owners of the blogs highlighted here want them removed, this will be done as soon as possible.

The opinions expressed in these blogs do not necessarily reflect the opinions of All About Orkney, and no warranty is made as to the accuracy of the information presented.
